Halo Pharms Cannabis Corporation, a vertically integrated cannabis company, is committed to cultivating, extracting, and operating retail services. In its inaugural operational year, the company will prioritize cultivation in Kasilof, Alaska, with plans to expand into extraction and retail within the following two years. Solely owned by Van Adams, a seasoned business owner and cannabis cultivator. Halo Pharms aspires to become a Multistate, Multi-License Operator (MSO), establishing a significant presence in cultivation, retail, and infused products.

Our cultivation and manufacturing facility in Kasilof, Alaska, will be fully owned by Halo Pharms. Anchorage, Alaska, will host our first dispensary, featuring an edibles kitchen, an onsite consumption room, and a cafe. The long-term objective is to transition into a multistate operator, fostering brands across cultivation, retail, and infused products.

Halo Pharms’ product line includes meticulously packaged cannabis flower and concentrates, labeled on-site. Products will be distributed to dispensaries in Anchorage and throughout Alaska. Our target market includes authorized recreational/medical cannabis retailers (no distinction in Alaska).

All cannabis-related activities, from cultivation and processing to sales and delivery, will be executed in-house by our dedicated managers and staff. Internal transportation services will be utilized whenever feasible. Currently, Halo Pharms maintains no external business affiliations or relationships. Our business structure is strategically designed for a seamless seed-to-sale process, facilitating agile responses to evolving customer demands and the rapid development of sought-after cannabis and cannabis-derived products.

In the first year, we will focus on establishing our cultivation facility in Kasilof, Alaska, and producing high-quality cannabis flower/buds, which will be the centerpiece of our product line. Our expert team will carefully cultivate and harvest the finest strains, ensuring that each product is packaged and labeled on-site to meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.

In the second phase, we will expand our product offerings to include a range of cannabis extracts, such as gummies, candies, and CBD oils.
